All The Rage (Des Wahnsinns letzter Schrei)

FRG 2005. German companies make record profits. More money than ever is being made - and on the other hand more and more people are becoming unemployed and are being pressurised by government reforms.
The law titled "Hartz IV" forces them to live below the poverty line and also to take on jobs for which they are paid an additional 1,50 € per hour. 'Des Wahnsinns letzter Schrei' (All the rage) tries to explain the coexistence of these two phenomena. A film about labour market reforms and ideological reorientation, as the distribution of the wealth produced in Germany is renegotiated.
