Methods at Lieferando

On 10 July 2025, the event ‘Exploitation via app’ took place in Berlin. It was about the working conditions at food delivery services in Berlin and the resistance of workers.

We show an excerpt from Aju John. He talks about how Lieferando, the best employer in the food delivery sector, treats the workers: They are mostly fired right before their probation time ends. Lieferando tries not to pay for time they need to come to work and the bicycles and the phones they use.
