Fighting back at Ryanair

October 2019 OKG Conference - Giulia reports about the strike at Ryanair in September 2018. At the moment the german Ryanair staff are fighting for the right to works councils.

"My message for every employee: don't be scared, try to gather together. (...) You have to know your enemy and to know what you can do. What we did was to try to talk to each other and then choose a weapon; our weapon was the union, and then we started to fight."
