Return to full employment

The combination of three factors would, in Schui's view, make full employment possible: a) more growth/rising hourly wages, b) shorter working hours with compensatory wage increases, c) expansion of the public service. Sweden could serve as a model, since it has a larger public service sector, higher taxes and, at the same time, lower unemployment.
